Hardneck garlic, also called hard stem garlic, is the variety of pure white garlic with “hard neck” or hard stem. Its price is normally higher than regular white garlic. All other regular and pure white garlic we supply are soft neck garlic which are larger in size than hardneck garlic. Hardneck garlic are mainly grown in Cangshan of Shandong Province, it typically has 4-6 cloves each bulb and size range is from 3-4.5 cm.
